Direct cielo24 Integration

1) Within 2 business days we will process your account and email with the following:

• cielo24 username and password
• Directions to upload videos

2) To Upload Videos:

1. Log into cielo24 portfolio
2. Select “Upload Media”
3. Choose desired fidelity and turnaround time
4. Fidelity: “Professional” (99%+ accuracy)
5. Standard: 48 hours, Priority: 24 hours, Custom: Select date (7-days)
6. Downloading Captions and Transcripts
7. Log into cielo24 portfolio with username credentials
8. Select the desired video(s) and click “Download Transcripts” or “Download Captions

mRSS Feed Integration

• Fill out questionnaire (*Supply mRSS Feed URL)
• Support feeds like YouTube and Yahoo.
• Public videos uploaded to the channel associated with feed will be automatically pulled and processed by cielo24.

1. Within 2 business days we will process your account and email with the following:
   • cielo24 username and password (can be used to access portfolio)
   • Confirmation mRSS integration is complete.
2. Select “Start Date”:
   • All videos uploaded to the mRSS channel on or after this date will automatically be captioned and returned.
3. Additional Option for downloading captions and transcripts:
   • Log into cielo24 portfolio with username credentials
   • Select the desired video and click “Download Transcripts” or “Download Captions”

Note: Captions will be returned in 48 hrs by default. If earlier TAT is required (3 hr, 24 hr, or 7-day) please email [email protected] BEFORE public video is uploaded to your channel, including account and video name.

FTP Host-site

1. Fill out questionnaire providing the following information:

• FTP URL
• FTP Username/password
• FTP Path

2. Within 2 business days we will process your account and email with the following:

• cielo24 username and password (can be used to access portfolio)
• Confirmation FTP Host-site integration is complete.

3. Additional Option for downloading captions and transcripts:

• Log into cielo24 portfolio with username credentials
• Select the desired video and click “Download Transcripts” or “Download Captions”

Note: Captions will be returned in 48 hrs by default. If earlier TAT is required (3 hr, 24 hr, or 7-day) please email [email protected] BEFORE video is uploaded to FTP Host-site, with account and video name.
