Intern position(s) available for motivated student or recent graduate with background in statistics, economics, or mathematics. Part-time and full-time positions would be considered. Must be available to work in our downtown Santa Barbara office for a minimum of 15-20 hours a week, standard business hours, $10-$12/hour.

Responsibilities will include:
– Analyze worker incentive programs for efficacy and cost
– Analyze workforce data to understand trends and predictive behaviors
– Measure and analyze sales & marketing data to determine cost/acquisition and marketing ROI
– Spearhead analysis for margin improvement initiatives
– Work with Sales executives to develop revenue models

Desired Skills & Experience
– Advanced/Expert Excel proficiency required (an Excel skill assessment will be conducted)
– SQL experience preferred
– Ability to work horizontally across an organization
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
