Business Development Team | Santa Barbara, CA

The Inside Sales Representative is an outbound lead generation sales position. The primary focus is to generate sales leads for the Senior Business Development sales team. This position will report to the Director of Lead Generation.

Responsibilities

  • 50 – 75 outbound phone calls a day
  • Research potential accounts to identify the appropriate person to contact and try to set up meeting
  • Activity work in salesforce.com to create and update account information
  • Work with Director of Lead Generation to create email campaigns
  • Learn and deliver sales presentations
  • Work with business development sales managers to build a pipeline and set up meetings

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of inside sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to overachieve sales results
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to manage time effectively
