| How long is the turnaround? |
Depending on the service level requested, the turnaround will usually be 24 – 48 hours. You can specify a faster turnaround for short-form media upon upload. If you have any questions about turnaround time under 24 hours, please contact our team at [email protected]. |

| How do I pay? |
Once you create your initial account with cielo24, we will ask you for your preferred payment method and contact information. We accept all major credit cards, wire services or we can also invoice your company based on approved credit. |
| How does your pricing work? |
cielo24 charges clients on a per minute of media basis. There is no set up fee or commitment required to begin captioning your media immediately! |
