What languages does the Web App support?

Machine Transcription

American English (default), Australian English, Indian English, Southeast Asian English, UK English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Latin American Spanish.

Human Transcription

English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish.

To enable this feature, go to My Account and then click on “Edit” to the right of your “Personal Information”. You’ll see a dropdown menu with the language options.

How much does Machine Transcription cost?

After your free credits have been used, it costs five cents per minute, or $3.00 per hour of uploaded media content.

What can I use my free credits for?

The free credits are good for trying out our machine transcription through the web app, including all features. They do not apply to Human Transcription orders.

What if I’m having trouble uploading to the Web App?

If you receive an alert while uploading files that the Upload URL might be wrong or doesn’t exist, this can indicate an issue with your computer or internet connection. Since the problem exists outside the cielo24 platform, we suggest re-downloading or saving the file to your computer and making sure the format is for a video/audio file.
