We are building a new Self Serve experience! While we do this, we need to close down the current Self Serve platform. The cielo24 Self Serve platform will cease operations on June 15th, 2023. As a result, you will no longer be able to upload or download media or access your previous uploads on the platform.

We understand that this news may come as a surprise and cause inconvenience to your transcription needs. However, we want to assure you that we are actively developing a new and improved cielo24 Self Serve platform to include additional automated integrations, localization services, advanced accessibility tools, and much more. Our team is dedicated to creating a robust, innovative solution that will exceed your expectations.

In the meantime, we are here to help you transition smoothly to our flagship solution, cielo24 Enterprise.

If you do not download your files or sign up to migrate them to our Enterprise platform, you could permanently lose access to your files so we encourage you to take action before June 15, 2023.
